Board of Directors : John Hounslow
Mr. Hounslow is Chairman/Chief Administrative Officer of Diablo Valley Bank in Danville, California. He was the founding Chairman of the Board of Mt. Diablo National Bank in 1992 and served on its board for 10 years. Mt. Diablo National Bank was acquired by Greater Bay Bancshares in 2000 and Mr. Hounslow became a Director of Greater Bay, a multi-bank holding company with banks throughout the San Francisco Bay area. Mr. Hounslow served as Interim President/CEO of Mt. Diablo National Bank from 1993-1994.
Mr. Hounslow has been a resident of the Tri-Valley area for over thirty years. He is also Chairman and CEO of a supplier of electronic components to the telecommunications industry and of James L. Hall & Co. in Santa Rosa, California. He graduated from State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his Masters of Business Administration from Syracuse University Graduate School of Business.
