Every company, whether it's family-owned or a corporate behemoth, needs a guy like Frank Indelicato, Jr. His knowledge of the business runs deep. From vineyard practices to the inner workings of the winery, Frank has been an active participant in just about everything that makes DFV Wines run.
Frank's primary responsibility is Grower Relations, and he claims the best part of his job is building relationships. "I get out there in the rows with them," he says. "I work side by side, getting crop estimates and taking brix, or sugar samples, waiting for the grapes to ripen in the fall." He's a hands-on worker who enjoys getting his hands dirty, but also appreciates the science behind his work.
Frank also believes in community service and spends his off time working on food drives and organizing holiday gift giving. Frank attended Delta College in Stockton, California.
